Your First Visit to Our Bristol Practice

You will be warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Help is on its way!

As a new patient at Muncy Family Chiropractic you will be greeted with a warm, friendly smile.  We ask that you complete the initial paperwork, if you haven't already.  Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to complete these forms. 

You will then sit with Dr. Muncy for a consultation so he can assess your health concerns. After your initial consultation a chiropractic examination is performed and any necessary x-rays will be taken. You will then be scheduled for a follow up visit to discuss the findings of the exam and x-rays with Dr. Muncy.

The initial visit generally takes about 1 hour.
