Your Second Visit to Our Bristol VA Practice

On your report visit we explain what we found and how we may be able to help you.

During the second visit Beth will escort you to an adjusting room where Dr. Muncy will discuss the findings of his examination and will review your x-rays with you. This helps in deciding what the next step will be to treat your current condition and get on the road to wellness.

The first chiropractic adjustment will take place on this visit.  To conclude your second visit Dr. Muncy will prepare (with your permission) a complete chiropractic care plan that will address your health concerns and what it will take to get you reach the wellness stage that you desire.

He will discuss the entire chiropractic care plan with you on your third visit.  Beth will sit down and go over all your financial concerns, including the verification of your insurance coverage.

The second visit in shorter in length than the first visit, about 30 minutes. To view what the Third Visit looks like at Muncy Family Chiropractic, please click here.

Dr. Muncy Asks some important questions of interest to Bristol VA residents - Chiropractor Bristol VA Dr. Muncy Asks...

Can someone who has had back surgery receive chiropractic care?
Yes. Rest assured that we will avoid the surgically modified areas of your spine. However, what we find is that surgical interventions will often produce spinal instability above or below the involved level. This is will be the focus of your chiropractic care.
What's the difference between sick care and health care?
Sick care is largely about relieving or suppressing symptoms. Health care is about improving performance. While sick care is about how you feel, health care is about how you function. Sick care is what you do to treat an obvious problem, and health care is what you do to avoid the problem and advance your well-being.
